Dreamsicle Fruit Dip

I’m a little ashamed to be sharing 3 ingredients recipes with you, guys. I mean, can it really be called a recipe if it only has 3 ingredients and take five point two seconds to prepare? Probably not. But, this one is so good I think that you at least need to be aware of it. This is one of the first things I ever made and brought to a family gathering after being married. Remember how I could not cook to save my life and that is not a joke?

So when I first started trying to prepare edible food (after some really embarrassing kitchen disasters in my youth)this was one thing I tried. I made it, took it to a family party, and oh-my-gosh-it’s-gone! Seriously? People ate something I made? Unthinkable!

Dreamsicle Fruit Dip

Well since then I’ve made this dip many many times. In all honestly it most likely took me 12 minutes the first time because I had to discover what a hand mixer is and that sort of set me back a little, but now it takes me five point two seconds to make this Dreamsicle Fruit Dip.

And while we are on the subject of “dreamsicle” things – is it just me, or will that orange-vanilla flavor combo forever and always be “50/50”. Please tell me someone knows what I am talking about, I will be your friend forrrr-eeeeee-verrrrrrr.  And if you know where that forever reference is coming from, I will probably kiss you. Unless you are not my husband. Then I will give you a big hug and a giant batch of my double-chewy chocolate chip cookies.

Hmm, we don’t have cool whip where I’m from (Europe, Slovenia). Any ideas what else I could use?

Hi Nika, do you have heavy whipping cream where you live??
