So if I had to eat one food for every single meal for the rest of my life, I know what it would be. And we’re talking savory hear, because I’ve already told you I’d eat ice cream all day long forever and ever, that’s a no brainer. But if we’re talking food food, I could definitely eat this one thing for all of eternity and that one thing is… tacos.
You can make tacos sooo many different ways and with so many different fillings! Side note: you will be blown away by an up-coming taco recipe I’m sharing! I adore every kind of taco you can think of, shredded chicken, steak, carne asada, pulled pork, spicy, mild, and now? Breakfast chorizo tacos. Particularly these ones I stir-fried and loaded with peppers and mashed avocado and cheese. Seriously, the best thing ever.
And they come together so easily! Probably 20 minutes max, all you have to do is throw everything into your pan or wok and stir-fry it to your heart’s content. Then wrap all of that stir-fried chorizo and veggie goodness in some flour or corn tortillas, top with all your favorite fixins and go to town! Don’t get me wrong, pancakes and waffles and cinnamon rolls hold a special place in my heart, but sometimes you need something more on the savory side to power you through the day and these breakfast tacos are just the thing to satisfy your salty-spicy cravings!
