Ingredients
1pound asparagus
juice of 1 small lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4cupdried cranberries, roughly chopped
1/4cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim about 1-inch off of the flat end of your asparagus spears and discard. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a large baking pan.
Drizzle asparagus with lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 10-14 minutes until asparagus is tender.
Sprinkle dried cranberries and feta cheese over asparagus and serve immediately.
