Mango Pomegranate Guacamole
Zesty guacamole with juicy pomegranate jewels, fresh mango, and a hint of garlic and lime!
pitted and mashed
mayo or sour cream or greek yogurt
(mayo will yield richer, creamier guacamole but greek yogurt will give you a lighter version)
fresh lime juice
crumbled feta cheese
Add mashed avocado, mayo, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice to a bowl and mix well.
Gently stir pomegranates, mangos, and feta cheese into the guacamole mixture. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve (best same day).
*I like to add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder for extra flavor.
