A quick and healthy creamy blueberry smoothie, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 6 ounces blueberry greek yogurt (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1-2 cups milk or water (I used almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of milk and remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth. Add milk 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
