Ingredients
26ouncescanned pork n' beans
1canapplewood smoked bacon beans
1canblack beans
½white onion, diced
½red onion, diced
2 ½tablespoonsprepared yellow mustard
¼cupmaple syrup
1 ½teaspoonsliquid smoke
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoongarlic
3tablespoonsketchup
3-4stripsbacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Add all beans and the onions to a large pot. In a bowl whisk together mustard, maple syrup, liquid smoke, salt, garlic, and ketchup. Add to pot and stir to combine.
Cook covered over medium-high heat, stirring periodically, for 30 minutes. Stir in bacon. Serve with green onions if desired.
