This lightened up broccoli salad is tossed in a dressing made with greek yogurt, topped with feta cheese, crispy bacon, and pistachios!

Ingredients
2cupsbroccoli florets, (about one head)
1/4red onion,, diced
1cupgrapes,, halved
1/4cuppistachios
1/4cupreduced fat feta cheese
6slicesbacon, , cooked and crumbled
1large red apples, , cored and chopped
Dressing
1/4cupplain greek yogurt
1/4cupreduced fat mayo
1teaspoonsugar
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonswater
1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonlemon juice
Instructions
Add broccoli, red onion, grapes, pistachios, feta, apples, and bacon to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Mix all ingredients for dressing in a bowl, whisk until smooth. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
