Ingredients
½cupsour cream
½cupmayo
1can (about 14 ounces)artichoke hearts, chopped
8ouncescrab meat, (may use imitation crab)
½cupshredded parmesan cheese
juice of one small lemon, (about 2 tablespoons)
1teaspoongarlic, minced
¼teaspoondried parsley
¼teaspoondried basil
salt and pepper, to taste
crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayo, artichokes, and crab meat and stir to combine. Add parmesan cheese (reserve 1-2 tablespoons), lemon juice, garlic, parsley, basil and salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Spread mixture in a large baking dish. Sprinkle reserved parmesan cheese over dip. Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly and top begins to brown. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguettes.
Notes
Store leftovers covered tightly, in fridge. Reheat in microwave.
