Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops

Oreo Cookies n' Cream Pudding Pops are a creamy freezer treat that can't be beat! Made with just 5 ingredients and jam-packed full of chocolatey cookies-n-cream goodness. Ready to eat after just 2 hours of chilling time! Dessert is calling!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups half and half
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons cookies n' cream instant pudding mix, dry
  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies, aka: Oreos, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable or canola oil, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add half and half, milk, vanilla, and pudding mix. Whisk until combined. Stir in chopped oreos. Pour mix into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours or overnight. 
  • When ready to eat, run the plastic popsicle molds under hot water for 20 seconds to loosen the pops, then squeeze the bottoms and slide the popsicles out.

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil and give it a stir.
  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir, and return to microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip frozen popsicles in the melted chocolate and immediately lay on a parchment or foil-lined tray.
  • Transfer to freezer or fridge for a few minutes to harden the chocolate coating.
