Delicious make-ahead chilled oatmeal with a pumpkin pie twist!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats , (not quick)
  • ½ cup milk, (I used vanilla almond)
  • 6 ounces vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • teaspoon ginger, (optional)
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • cup flake cereal of choice or granola, (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except cereal or granola in a jar or other container with a lid. Mix well until smooth. Top with cereal/granola if desired. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

*These are meant to be eaten cold, not heated!
