Pureed mangoes mixed with Indian spices to create this delicious Indian Spiced Mango Chutney.
Add mango, garlic, vinegar, sugar and honey to a small sauce pan and cook over high heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to bubble. Reduce to simmer.
Add seasonings and allow to simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and either serve warm or allow to cool in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
