Berry Orzo Spinach Salad

- ⅔ cup orzo, cooked
- 2 cups baby spinach, packed
- 1 cups baby arugula, packed
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries, halved or quartered
- 1 avocado, diced or sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, or freshly shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup chopped nuts, walnuts, pecans, or almonds
- 1 cup Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Toss together spinach, arugula, and orzo. Top with fruit, cheese, and nuts. Serve with balsamic dressing. Enjoy!
Orzo: wild rice makes a great substitute in this salad!
