Ingredients
42saltine crackers, about 1 ½ sleeves
1cupbrown sugar
1cupbutter
2cupsmilk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips, one 12-ounce bag
1cuptoffee bits, from one 8-ounce bag
½cupwhite chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lime a sheet pan with parchment and grease with nonstick spray. Arrange crackers in a single layer across the pan.
In a medium sauce pan start melting the butter over medium-high heat. When the butter is about halfway melted, add the brown sugar and stir until the butter is melted completely and mixture begins to bubble. Stir for 3 minutes (set a timer).
Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers and spread evenly using the back of a spoon or a rubber spatula spritzed with nonstick spray. Transfer to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle milk chocolate chips over the top. Let melt for 3-5 minutes, then spread evenly.
Sprinkle toffee bits over the top, then drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Chill for one hour, break apart, and serve or store in airtight container up to one week.
Notes
Chocolate Chips: Depending on your personal preference you can substitute semisweet or dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate is my personal favorite.
