Peanut Butter Fudge

Super quick and easy Peanut Butter Fudge made at home on your stovetop or microwave without a candy thermometer! This is the creamiest, dreamiest, most simple peanut butter fudge recipe you'll ever need.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a large sauce pan combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips. Stir over medium heat until bubbling and smooth. (see note)
  • Remove mixture from heat and stir in vanilla. Immediately pour into prepared pan.
  • Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the fudge.
  • Cool for at least 2 hour before cutting. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 weeks.

Notes

Microwave Directions
  1. Combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips in a large heat-safe bowl. 
  2. Microwave at 1/2 power 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat in 15-second intervals stirring after each until completely melted. (see note)
  3. Stir in vanilla, then pour into prepared pan. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the top. Cool 2 hours before cutting. 
*If you find that while you are stirring peanut butter mixture (in either stovetop or microwave method) it doesn't become smooth, you may need to increase the heat and stir again.
