Notes

Heavy cream swap: easily sub out the heavy cream for a fat free half and half or other milk. Thicken it up with a simple corn starch slurry of 1/4 cup water + 1 T corn starch whisked til dissolved. Stir into bubbling pasta sauce til thickened.
Expert tip: stir in 1 cup of fresh baby spinach!
Serving suggestion: garlic bread and tossed salad.
Garnish it: top it off with fresh basil, grated parmesan cheese, and cracked black pepper.
