Maple Glazed Pork Chops | Creme de la Crumb
Tender and juicy skillet pork chops in a sweet and sour maple glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Sauce

  • ¼ cup real maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, (may sub white vinegar)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • optional: fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Drizzle a large skillet with oil. Add pork chops and cook over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes on each side til cooked through.
  • In a small bowl whisk together sauce ingredients. Add to skillet and cook another 3-5 minutes, spooning sauce over the pork chops and turning to coat. Serve hot and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.

Notes

Serving suggestion: I love to serve these pork chops over steamed rice with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
