Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

15-ounce cans
fire roasted tomatoes

(undrained)

sliced mushrooms
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
½
white onion

thinly sliced

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoon
salt

black pepper
handful of basil leaves

Instructions
In a medium bowl stir together tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the basil.
Lay chicken in a single layer in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over the top.
Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Garnish with remaining basil and serve.
