frozen blueberries

blueberry greek yogurt

(about ½ cup)

milk or water

Instructions
Add 1 cup of milk and remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth. Add milk 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Add a frozen banana for a creamier smoothie!
