Ingredients

red pepper

green pepper

chopped

chopped romaine

or hearts of romaine lettuce

Kalamata olives

halved or diced

large tomato

chopped

red onion

chopped

large cucumber

peeled and chopped

crumbled feta cheese
Dressing

olive oil

cup
red wine vinegar

Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients for dressing and store in a covered container at room temperature until ready to use.
In a large bowl, add romaine lettuce, olives, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and toss to combine. Top with feta cheese and salad dressing. Enjoy!
