Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

A truly delicious classic can be made even easier in the air fryer with these Air Fryer Baked Potatoes! Top them off with all of your favorite toppings to make a simple and easy meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • olive oil or cooking spray
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Prick the potatoes with the tip of a sharp knife and rub their skins with olive oil, or spray them with cooking spray. Season well with salt.
  • Bake the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 for 40-50 minutes, turning over halfway to ensure an evenly crispy skin. Test them with a sharp knife to make sure they’re cooked through at the 40 minute mark.

Notes

Make sure at least 1 inch of space is left around the potatoes in the air fryer basket, regardless of how many you are cooking at once. You may only be able to cook 1 or 2 potatoes at once depending on the size of your air fryer.
