These Air Fryer Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs are a quick and convenient way to enjoy juicy, flavorful chicken! These chicken thighs cook up crispy on the outside and tender on the inside in just a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods!

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp brown sugar
  • cracked black pepper
  • BBQ sauce or other favorite serving sauces

Instructions

  • Toss the chicken thighs together with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, sugar, and a good few grinds of black pepper until well coated. 
  • Air fry the chicken in a single layer, working in batches if needed, for 15-17 minutes at 360F, turning halfway. When cooked through, the chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165F. 

Notes

1. Cooked chicken can be kept in the fridge, once cooled to room temperature, for up to 3 days.
