Banana Crepe Filling
Banana Crepe Filling is my go-to filling and so easy to add to the already easy-to-make sweet crepe. Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, butter, bananas and more all come together to make one delightful breakfast treat!

Ingredients
4
ounces
cream cheese
1
cup
sour cream
1
cup
powdered sugar
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
medium bananas
sliced
½
cup
brown sugar
4
tablespoons
butter
½
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sour cream.
Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until brown sugar begins to caramelize.
Gently stir in bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes are caramelized. Remove from heat.
