Banana Crepe Filling

Banana Crepe Filling is my go-to filling and so easy to add to the already easy-to-make sweet crepe. Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, butter, bananas and more all come together to make one delightful breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium bananas sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
  • In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until brown sugar begins to caramelize.
  • Gently stir in bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes are caramelized. Remove from heat.
