Ingredients

  • 42 saltine crackers about 1 ½ sleeves
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips one 12-ounce bag
  • 1 cup toffee bits from one 8-ounce bag
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lime a sheet pan with parchment and grease with nonstick spray. Arrange crackers in a single layer across the pan.
  • In a medium sauce pan start melting the butter over medium-high heat. When the butter is about halfway melted, add the brown sugar and stir until the butter is melted completely and mixture begins to bubble. Stir for 3 minutes (set a timer).
  • Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers and spread evenly using the back of a spoon or a rubber spatula spritzed with nonstick spray. Transfer to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle milk chocolate chips over the top. Let melt for 3-5 minutes, then spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle toffee bits over the top, then drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  • Chill for one hour, break apart, and serve or store in airtight container up to one week.

Notes

Chocolate Chips: Depending on your personal preference you can substitute semisweet or dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate is my personal favorite.
