Easy Chow Mein
A quick and easy version of classic restaurant style chow mein you can make at home!

- 12 oz cooked chow mein noodles thin spaghetti noodles will also work
- 2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup thinly sliced white onion
- 3 tbsp oil sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ⅕ tsp ground ginger
- ⅕ tsp black pepper
Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet or pan. Add onions and celery and sauté 3-4 minutes until onions become clear. Add cabbage and sauté 1-2 minutes longer til cabbage is tender.
In a medium bowl whisk together sauce ingredients. Add sauce to pan and reduce to low heat. Add noodles and stir to coat noodles in the sauce. Serve warm. Enjoy!
