Ingredients
1canblack beans, drained and rinsed
2largemangoes, diced
½red onion, diced
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonchili powder
½teaspooncumin
juice of 1 lime
¼cupcilantro, roughly chopped
salt and pepper , to taste
optional: one jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced -, only add this if you like it SPICY!
Instructions
In a large bowl combine beans, mangoes, onions, seasonings, and lime juice. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store covered in airtight container in the fridge up to 2 days. Serve with tortilla chips.
