2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar(may sub white vinegar)
1 ½teaspoons minced garlic
¼teaspoonground ginger
optional: fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
Drizzle a large skillet with oil. Add pork chops and cook over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes on each side til cooked through.
In a small bowl whisk together sauce ingredients. Add to skillet and cook another 3-5 minutes, spooning sauce over the pork chops and turning to coat. Serve hot and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
Notes
Serving suggestion: I love to serve these pork chops over steamed rice with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
