15 Minute Candied Cinnamon Pecans - Crunchy candied cinnamon pecans that can be made and ready to eat in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole pecans
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Add sugar to a medium sized pan and cook over medium high heat until sugar begins to melt. Add pecans and stir with a rubber spatula until sugar is completed coated (but not burned!) and pecans are well coated with sugar glaze. 
  • Add vanilla and stir. Remove pan from heat and transfer pecans to a nonstick baking sheet or glass plate, sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill 5 minutes. Break apart pecans. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in airtight container at room temperature.
