Cuisine: American
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • ½ lb raw shrimp deveined
  • ½ large lime juice only
  • ½ tbsp Tajin or 3/4 tsp salt or 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Pat the shrimp dry on a piece of kitchen paper before tossing with the lime juice and Tajin.
  • Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray before arranging the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes at 400F, tossing halfway. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Switch up the seasonings. Lemon juice can be used in place of the lime if it would better suit how you’re planning on serving the shrimp.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer. This will make slightly soggy shrimp, so is to be avoided!
  • Use leftovers for salads. Shrimp never re-heats well, but it is delicious cold so toss any extras into salads and grain bowls for up to 3 days.
