Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are grilled to perfection and slathered with a spicy, sweet bang bang sauce! These chicken kabobs make for a perfect appetizer or main course, offering a delicious mix of heat and sweetness!
3-4boneless skinless chicken breastscut into bite sized pieces
1red bell pepperchopped into 1-inch pieces
1green bell pepperchopped into 1-inch pieces
1cupchopped onion (I used ½ white onion, ½ red onion)
Bang Bang Sauce*
2tablespoonsmayo
4tablespoonsgreek yogurt (may sub sour cream)
1teaspoondijon mustard
⅓cupsweet red chili sauce (found in the Asian section at most grocery stores)
½teaspoonsriracha(a hot red chili garlic sauce found in the Asian section at most grocery stores)
1teaspoonhoney*If using wooden skewers, soak for 30 minutes before grilled so they won't burn.*Add chicken pieces and 1/2 of the sauce to a zip lock bag and toss to coat. Chill 15 minutes.

Preheat your grill and brush with oil. Skewer your chicken pieces and discard marinade. Skewer peppers and onions - I like to do this on separate skewers from the chicken because veggies tend to be done grilled before the chicken.
Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook about 4-5 minutes. Turn over skewers and cook another 4-5 minutes. when the chicken is cooked through and start to get a bit of char, remove from grill. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken skewers. Serve warm.
