Heat pan or skillet to medium heat and grease with cooking spray. Add spices to a small bowl. Mix to combine. Generously sprinkle seasoning over both sides of chicken breasts.
Cook each chicken breasts 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with rice if desired.

This chicken can also be prepared in the slow cooker, shredded, and added to your favorite main dishes like tacos, enchiladas, or soups.
