Horseradish Cream Sauce

Horseradish Cream Sauce is a creamy condiment with a perfect balance of zesty and creamy flavors that goes perfectly with roast beef or tender prime rib!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3-4 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, 3 tbsp of prepared horseradish, and the garlic. Add more horseradish if the sauce needs more heat or acidity; how much you need will depend on the brand. 
  • Season to taste with salt.

Notes

Make ahead:  This sauce can be made ahead up to a day advance but as the flavors will strengthen with time only add 2 tbsp of horseradish and add more to taste just before serving
