¼cupmayo or sour cream, or greek yogurt, (mayo will yield richer, creamier guacamole but greek yogurt will give you a lighter version)
½teaspooncumin
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonfresh lime juice
¼cuppomegranate jewels
1smallmangodiced
¼cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Add mashed avocado, mayo, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice to a bowl and mix well.
Gently stir pomegranates, mangos, and feta cheese into the guacamole mixture. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve (best same day).
Notes
*I like to add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder for extra flavor.
