I love this recipe. Tonight I accidentally burned my paper recipe on the stove and had to find it again. I’ve been making this since 2018. It’s delicious. I do not put the pan in the oven, I just leave it on the stove top and cover it for a few minutes until the cheese melts. I also use chicken tenders, then I don’t have to smash them flat. Highly recommend!
