Roasted Lemon Asparagus with Cranberries & Feta

A new twist on the classic lemon asparagus will leave your mouth watering with this Roasted Lemon Asparagus with Cranberries & Feta.

lemon + asparagus + cranberries + feta cheese = where have you been all of my life??

Also something that has been missing from my life: a really good vacuum that sucks. And by sucks I mean actually effectively sucks the dirt and crud out of my carpet.

For the past four years of our marriage we have been using the one we registered for and received as a wedding gift. We really had no idea where to start when we were registering for wedding gifts. The vacuum we asked for was j u n k. We just recently replaced it and my mind is BLOWN at how much dirt this new vacuum is picking up, and I want to cry at the thought of how much the old one was NOT picking up.

How were we living in all of that filth for the past four years?! Nasty nasty nasty.

I wish I could go back in time and tell my pre-wed self to register for different, better vacuum. I also wish I’d considered a second set of silverware since now we are faced with the choice of giving up the set we’ve had since our wedding day, or living with mis-matched silverware since they stopped making the set we have.

I get emails all the time from people asking what kind of cookware I recommend, many of them about to invest in their first set of pots, pans, and bakeware. I have tried a bunch of different brands and there are only a couple that I highly recommend with confidence. Circulon® is one that I do trust and whenever I suggest their pans to someone I tell them that these are pans that you can trust to hold up through the wear and tear of cooking and baking for a family for years to come.

I’ve had to toss out a few pans over the years and not a single one has been a Circulon pan (and I’m pretty hard on my cookware, when you cook 5-6 days a week they get used a lot.) Also, I’m kind of obsessed with how non-stick-y my Circulon pans are. Every single pan in the store seems to say “non-stick” on the box but I swear they are not all created equal. Sometimes I don’t even bother greasing my Circulon pans because they are honest-to-goodness made to not stick.

Love. that. so. much.

If you are getting hitched soon, first of all congrats!! I’m happy for you and the lucky guy/gal. Secondly, please do yourself a favor and register at Macy’s, Kohls, or Target where you can register for Circulon cookware. Your 4-year married self will thank you. Unlike the current version of me that is regretting that sucky-non-sucky vacuum we’ve been putting up with for our entire marriage.

If you’re not getting married anytime soon and have no need to register for cookware, I am giving away a Circulon pan set today!! YES! Enter below by leaving a comment telling me what kind of recipes YOU want to see this summer. Ice cream? No bake treats? Grilling? Tell me!

Oh and hey, you should really make this roasted asparagus with cranberries and feta because it is the perfect combination of flavors!! Okay signing off…

I love asparagus! Can’t wait to try this recipe! Thanks for sharing!

I’d like to see recipes that use in-season ingredients that are not too complicated–quick to make and healthy. Would love to win the Circulon cookware!

What a great giveaway, there are definitely things we registered for that I wish we could go back and change too!

I’d love to see some no bake desserts, and healthy salads and sides!

I want to win Circulon! And see grilling recipes for fish (other than salmon). I want to learn about other types of fish.

Would love to see recipes with rhubarb.

I would love to see more ice cream and grilling recipes! Nothing goes better with summer than those two things! Oh, and I just bought asparagus and I have feta in the fridge! SCORE! This is me doing the happy dance!

More ZOODLE recipes! The chicken peanut bowl one was amazing!

More recipes with ZOODLES! That last one with the chicken, peppers and peanut sauce was amazing!

I’d like to see different types of rice dishes using Japanese rice. I only use a Japanese rice since that is what I grew up eating. The only thing I can make successfully make is fried ice and sushi. I have yet to find a long grain rice I like. Therefore, I would be much appreciative if you can include recipes using Japanese rice. Thank you.

I would love to see more crock pot and one pan/pot recipes. I’m a working mama of two great kiddos, but with homework, sports and my husbands busy schedule it’s tough to find tons of time for cooking during the week. Thanks Tiffany for the inspiration to try new things.

I’m always grilling in the summer so that’s what I’d like to see. Plus I like to entertain in the summer so some recipes for appetizers would be nice.
BTW, you can get some silverware that is no longer produced by going to some websites. is one and I’m sure there are others. Just google your pattern and company and several will pop up.
Hope you will share your vacuum brand too.

Oh my goodness, that’s genius! I don’t know why I never thought to search online for matching silverware! Duh! haha! I am using a Dyson and loooooove it! I’m thinking of sharing my top 7 (ish) favorite household products one of these days and that would definitely be on there!

I love Circulon! Am setting up a new home, as a single lady this time as my soulmate passed away suddenly in September 2013. Need pans badly, and I only want good quality this time, even if I have to purchase them one pan at a time!

I love your newsletters and your recipes. As Summers are extremely hot in New Orleans I try not to use the oven for cooking during the “sultry” months. I rely on my crock pot and backyard grill. Always looking for creative things to do in both. I love making homemade pizzas on the grill, allowing my guests to build their own. I am always on the hunt for things to do in the crock pot to save myself time and complexity, such as making jams, pickles, etc. I made a huge batch of pumpkin butter recently from the leftover Halloween pumpkin. My sister had cooked it down and put it in baggies in the freezer for me to use later. Not sure what made me think about pumpkin butter that day, but I had bought so many jars of it from Williams Sonoma, at top dollar. Mine came out so good that I will be bottling it up for Christmas gifts. So there are my recipe requests……give me yummy things to make in the crock pot or on the backyard grill for this Summer!! Something with peaches perhaps?? Thanks a million! And I would love to win that set of pans!!

I’d love to see delicious no-bake desserts that travel well!
