Heyyyyyyyy! So, as I was looking back through my recipe archives a couple of weeks ago, I realized I’ve made a serious habit of re-creating traditionally really unhealthy but totally delicious fried foods. I’ve become best friends with my oven and broiler – evident by this plethora of baked-not-fried recipes. So today I’ve rounded up a whole bunch of my favorite comfort foods that have been made over into better-for-you baked versions… ENJOY!
